A 3-Step Process!

    Hitters will put the Power Pivot under their back heel and immediately feel their weight loaded correctly in their back leg and glute.

  • THE BRAKES

    Hitters will also use a second Power Pivot to land onto their front foot to "put the brakes"on to stabilize the front side and allow the back hip to rotate efficiently.
