Refunds & Shipping Policy
Refund Policy: Effective 10/27/2024
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days from receipt of the item for full refund or store credit.
To make a return:
- Items must be unopened/unused/unworn
- Items must still be in their original packaging
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
To return a product, send the product back to ( ADD ADDRESS) via your preferred shipping method, along with proof of purchase and your name and email address used to make the Power Pivot purchase. Please add a note as to whether you prefer store credit or a refund back to the original method of payment. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

All item(s) ship for free via USPS First Class Mail
Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.
